20 Finsbury Circus
Located in the Finsbury Circus conservation area, 20 Finsbury Circus is a 1920’s classic with a retained façade based near Liverpool Street Station.
25 Cabot Square
25 Cabot Square is a 17-floor office building occupied by Morgan Stanley in the Canary Wharf development in London.

The Whitechapel Building
The eight-storey office building was acquired in December 2015 and sits on a one-acre site. Phase 1 of the refurbishment over 180,000 square foot of office space, and Phase 2 with over 80,000 square foot of space.
