Rolf 

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rolf is big on planning and big on execution. He plans his “Big Rocks” every quarter, both in business and in family life and tracks these goals in detail every week. Rolf brings passion and enthusiasm into everything he does. He loves spending time with his family of four active children (usually on a mountain hike or 20-mile bike ride) and can still wheelie a long way if its not too windy!

Robin

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

As one of the founders of Maxwood Washrooms, Robin thrives on driving innovation and cultivating partnerships that propel the company forward. It's an exhilarating journey in an ever-evolving environment that keeps him energized and motivated. Beyond the office, his greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his family and his legendary grandsons. 

Harvey

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Harvey, combining overs a decade’s experience in both Project Management & Production during his time at Maxwood, knows what it takes to deliver our projects to the highest standards.  Will always admit he obsesses on attention to detail and making sure nothing is missed that could hinder a project’s success.

He is often found in the office sharing a laugh with our great team or sharing an anecdote from a previous project.  Outside of work he is generally thinking about getting back to work because no day is the same at Maxwood Washrooms Ltd in Operations!

Oliver

PRE-CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

Meet Oliver, aka Oli: a cheerful individual brimming with boundless energy and a passion for exploring new cultures through travel.. With 18 years experience in the construction industry, Oli's journey includes CAD, project design, R&D, and sales roles. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in people and situation management. Family holds a special place in his heart, and he's often found coaching children's football or whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen. As a devoted Liverpool fan, Oli brings his passion for football into every aspect of his life.

Louisa

EA & HR 

In her busy EA role, Louisa is everyone’s go-to. “Helpful” would be an understatement to describe her! A busy mother of two young boys, Louisa spends her weekends watching them play football, rain or shine. Hates coffee, but loves a tipple of Tia Maria!

Mark

DIRECTOR

As the founder of Maxwood Washrooms, Mark's experience speaks volumes. He's always had a passion for woodwork and has a deep appreciation for solid craftsmanship. Being a quiet and reserved individual with a deep appreciation for the clarity and logic of numbers, he's often found with his head in the company finances! Ask Mark anything - he'll probably know the answer.

Riordan

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Riordan is a lively, driven professional who balances energy and warmth with a laser focus on results. He loves a good laugh, a great chat, and thrives on meeting new people and building connections.

Behind the charm is a sharp strategic mind. Riordan excels at hitting goals, creating clear processes and bringing structure to fast-moving environments. Full of energy and always up for a challenge, he's climbed Snowdon more times than he can count - just one example of his determination and zest for life.

Ranvir

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Ranvir is an experienced professional who has lived and worked in Lanciano, Italy. Passionate about historic European cities, Ranvir once had a memorable encounter with Jude Law in Rome, chasing him around Villa d'Este.

Specialising in building long-term client relationships, Ranvir uses the BLAST (Believe, Listen, Apologise, Satisfy, Thank) model to drive satisfaction. Always focused on continuous learning and growth, he stays on top of industry trends and business opportunities.

Easy-going and approachable, Ranvir enjoys meaningful conversations and a good laugh. With prior business ownership experience, he brings an entrepreneurial approach to prioritising tasks and new challenges.

Rowan

SPECIFICATION MANAGER

Rowan is a people person at heart, with an incredible love for meeting new faces and forging connections. His days begin early, fueled by a passion for getting out and about - whether he's meeting customers or exploring new opportunities in the streets of London. An avid meat-eater, Rowan takes great pleasure in firing up the BBQ and savouring a glass of Whiskey!

Brendan

HEAD OF INNOVATION

Brendan is a calm and collected individual, who has risen to become our Head of Innovation. He enjoys spending weekends on long hikes, playing the bass, and savoring a cheeky bourbon or two. Known for his friendly demeanor, Brendan is always ready to lend a helping hand and share a kind word with his colleagues, and when at work, he is usually found delving into exciting new products, always pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Matthew

ESTIMATING ASSISTANT

Matt is an an avid Manchester City fan with a passion for craft beer, having tried 2,091 varieties. He dreams of beach holidays, with two weeks in the Caribbean as his ideal escape. At home, Matthew enjoys life with his wife, three cats, and a dog, bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Levi

PROJECT MANAGER

With more than 12 years in the industry, Levi specialises in managing commercial interior projects from early planning through to final handover. His strength lies in coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, maintaining programme certainty whilst upholding quality across every stage of the build. A NEBOSH‑qualified Project Manager with a practical, product‑led mindset, Levi combines technical clarity with a calm, approachable style - the kind that makes even the busiest site feel under control.

Iola

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Aka Miss Efficient, Iola loves a hand-written To-Do list, organised in her jam-packed timeplan! She’s got a super-arty flair, and she’ll be found painting a canvas or baking some tasty creation in her spare time. Quietly crunching her to-do list in the shortest amount of time possible - that's Lola.

Henrietta

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Henrietta is a naturally sociable, chatty person who loves meeting new people and spending time with family and friends. She keeps her days organised with good habits, and her amiable nature makes her easy to be around, and a very valuable team player. When she’s not out socialising or at a party, she’s happiest with animals!

David

DESIGN MANAGER

Dave is a upbeat, devoted professional with five years of experience in washroom design and project management. With a background in product design, CAD management, and engineering, Dave is committed to delivering high-quality projects and building strong customer relationships. Outside of work, Dave enjoys travelling and sports like football, golf, darts, and cricket. He's recently married and a proud father to six-year-old George. Whatever you do, don't serve Dave eggs - they make his stomach crawl!

Mark 

PROJECT MANAGER

Meet Mark, an invaluable member of our team who thrives on helping others and ensuring projects are completed on time and in full. With his chatty and approachable demeanour, Mark effortlessly fosters a positive team environment. Standing tall in both stature and personality, Mark's commanding presence makes him an asset to any project as a Project Manager. He's not just tall in height; he's also tall in awesomeness, making him a fantastic addition to our team.

Sarah

ESTIMATOR

Meet Sarah, a former kickboxer and a twin with a passion for precision. With experience working in a youth prison, she's organised, articulated, and eagle-eyed. Starting as a Project Admin, she mastered processes and reading drawings before transitioning to Estimating, where her previous skills proved invaluable. While reserved at first, Sarah's playful side emerges once comfortable. As a fully-qualified mental health first-aider, she embodies the nurturing defender personality. She's also a cat mom of three!

John

CAD TECHNICIAN

John is a dedicated CAD Technician with a background in sheet metal and conveyor systems. Known for his organized, positive approach, he excels in design and problem-solving. A true Protagonist (ENFJ-A), John values making a difference and attends church every Sunday.

Fergus

CAD TECHNICIAN

Fergus is a practical, hands‑on CAD Technician with a natural eye for precision and detail. He enjoys working methodically through tasks and takes pride in producing accurate, reliable work. Outside the office, he’s often found woodworking or playing sport, especially rugby. Known for his cheerful attitude and willingness to help anyone who needs a hand, Fergus brings a positive, team‑focused energy to every project. His strong sense of alignment and order makes him a true virtuoso of neatness and precision.

Louisa

PROJECT COORDINATOR

A dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller, Louisa thrives on organisation and structure. Known for her love of Excel spreadsheets, she finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Often compared to Miss Harbottle from James Herriot’s books, she takes procedures seriously.

Louisa’s favourite colour is green, a choice clearly reflected in her wardrobe. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her seven young niblings, as the fun and reliable aunt. A true Defender at heart, she prefers making things happen in the background rather than being centre stage. And her dream? To one day have a pet goat. 

Stephen

OPERATIONS MANAGER

One of the first employees at Maxwood, Steve lives and breathes all things Maxwood. Commonly known as the “Ginger Ninja”, he works incredibly hard every single day. He’s a pickled egg and whiskey fan and enjoys a good joke with his team – you’ll never find him without something to say!

Andrew

CAD Technician

Andrew is a methodical, quietly determined CAD Technician who’s been in engineering since 2008, starting out through an apprenticeship. Known for his perseverance - right down to winning a Rolls‑Royce award at college (that's diligence!) - he doesn’t give up until a problem is solved. He loves programming, parametric modelling, and finding the most efficient way to work. Though generally on the quieter side, he enjoys a good laugh and gets on easily with people. Animals have always been a big part of his life, and when he’s not working, you’ll often find him racing karts.

Jane

PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK

Jane has hit four years in the company and has thirty years past experience in finance. She's a well-known face in the office and has her finger deep into the finance pie. Her spare time is well-spent with family and friends, and she enjoys the occasional trip to Italy with her Italian husband!

Craig

SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER

Craig, the seasoned leader of our team, exudes a remarkable blend of experience and passion for his role. Some say Maxwood blood runs through his veins, as he tirelessly strives to deliver the ultimate washroom experience. Renowned for his fearless approach to tackling seemingly impossible designs, Craig willingly shares his extensive expertise with others. Beyond work, Craig enjoys a glass of wine or whisky, accompanied by his love for all things sweet. Despite his indulgences, his trim physique attests to his commitment to a healthy lifestyle!
