Rolf
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rolf is big on planning and big on execution. He plans his “Big Rocks” every quarter, both in business and in family life and tracks these goals in detail every week. Rolf brings passion and enthusiasm into everything he does. He loves spending time with his family of four active children (usually on a mountain hike or 20-mile bike ride) and can still wheelie a long way if its not too windy!
Robin
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
As one of the founders of Maxwood Washrooms, Robin thrives on driving innovation and cultivating partnerships that propel the company forward. It's an exhilarating journey in an ever-evolving environment that keeps him energized and motivated. Beyond the office, his greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his family and his legendary grandsons.
Mark
DIRECTOR
As the founder of Maxwood Washrooms, Mark's experience speaks volumes. He's always had a passion for woodwork and has a deep appreciation for solid craftsmanship. Being a quiet and reserved individual with a deep appreciation for the clarity and logic of numbers, he's often found with his head in the company finances! Ask Mark anything - he'll probably know the answer.
Louisa
EA & HR
In her busy EA role, Louisa is everyone’s go-to. “Helpful” would be an understatement to describe her! A busy mother of two young boys, Louisa spends her weekends watching them play football, rain or shine. Hates coffee, but loves a tipple of Tia Maria!
John
PRODUCT & SPECIFICATION DIRECTOR
Coming from a family of musicians, John is a family-oriented, musical hobbyist, and football enthusiast with over a decade of experience in specifying washroom products. He loves problem-solving and constantly seeks innovative and sustainable materials for our ranges. John enjoys presenting solutions, either on a 1-on-1 basis or as a large format CPD and he once sang live with Dudley Moore accompanying on the piano!
Iola
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Aka Miss Efficient, Iola loves a hand-written To-Do list, organised in her jam-packed timeplan! She’s got a super-arty flair, and she’ll be found painting a canvas or baking some tasty creation in her spare time. Quietly crunching her to-do list in the shortest amount of time possible - that's Lola.
Rowan
SPECIFICATION MANAGER
Rowan is a people person at heart, with an incredible love for meeting new faces and forging connections. His days begin early, fueled by a passion for getting out and about - whether he's meeting customers or exploring new opportunities in the streets of London. An avid meat-eater, Rowan takes great pleasure in firing up the BBQ and savouring a glass of Whiskey!
Oliver
PRE-CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Meet Oliver, aka Oli: a cheerful individual brimming with boundless energy and a passion for exploring new cultures through travel.. With 18 years experience in the construction industry, Oli's journey includes CAD, project design, R&D, and sales roles. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in people and situation management. Family holds a special place in his heart, and he's often found coaching children's football or whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen. As a devoted Liverpool fan, Oli brings his passion for football into every aspect of his life.
Kelsey
PRE-CON SUPPORT MANAGER
Kelsey has a great passion for organisation and a creative flair. It’s a rare sight for Kelsey to be seen without her prioritised to-do list and colour-coded calendar. She loves the team vibe at Maxwood Washrooms, thriving on a fast-paced schedule and cups of Chai tea! Travelling and meeting new people remains her firm passion, and when she's not doing that, you’ll find her spending time with her three nephews!
Helen
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Helen is an outgoing and positive professional with a love for animals, the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones. A foodie at heart, she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and unwinding with a good Netflix series or book.
With experience from a two-year working holiday in Canada and four years in a London Estate Agency, Helen thrives in team environments and values organization, often relying on to-do lists and highlighters to stay on track. Known for her bubbly personality and friendly demeanor, she always has a smile on her face and a greeting ready for every dog or cat she meets.
Ranvir
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Ranvir is an experienced professional who has lived and worked in Lanciano, Italy. Passionate about historic European cities, Ranvir once had a memorable encounter with Jude Law in Rome, chasing him around Villa d'Este.
Specialising in building long-term client relationships, Ranvir uses the BLAST (Believe, Listen, Apologise, Satisfy, Thank) model to drive satisfaction. Always focused on continuous learning and growth, he stays on top of industry trends and business opportunities.
Easy-going and approachable, Ranvir enjoys meaningful conversations and a good laugh. With prior business ownership experience, he brings an entrepreneurial approach to prioritising tasks and new challenges.
Lee
PROJECT MANAGER
Meet Lee: A hands-on project manager often seen bustling around London. He's a guy that values face-to-face interactions and being the methodical and organized sort, he excels in planning and executing projects, and finds particular joy in refining processes for better outcomes. With his outgoing and confident demeanor, Lee brings energy to every interaction he makes. Loves hitting the gym, but loves eating more - life is all about balance, right?
Brendan
HEAD OF INNOVATION
Brendan is a calm and collected individual, who has risen to become our Head of Innovation. He enjoys spending weekends on long hikes, playing the bass, and savoring a cheeky bourbon or two. Known for his friendly demeanor, Brendan is always ready to lend a helping hand and share a kind word with his colleagues, and when at work, he is usually found delving into exciting new products, always pushing the boundaries of innovation.
Freya
MARKETING MANAGER
Freya is a purpose-driven individual with a background in the construction industry, spanning both public and private sectors. As an INFJ “Advocate,” she brings passion, structure and creativity to every project - thriving on to-do lists and the challenge of turning big ideas into impactful campaigns. Outside of work, she’s often found with her energetic chocolate lab, Bruno, who’s equal parts chaos, charm, and snack-seeker.
Simon
IT & SYSTEMS / ESTIMATING TEAM LEAD
Simon's motto is "there's always a better way to do something." With a continual improvement mindset, Simon helps to keep the business systems well-greased, and is our go-to for all things technical. He's got the personality of a Defender (according to 16personalities), organised, thoughtful and always there to help anyone.
Divyesh
CAD TECHNICIAN
Divyesh is a seasoned Interior Designer and CAD Technician with over a decade of experience in technical drawings and 3D renders. He prioritizes communication, organization, and continuous learning.
Divyesh's passion for bringing ideas to life is evident in his structured work day. While he may lean towards the quieter side, he comes alive on the badminton court or while cheering on a good cricket match. His design journey began at 12 when he helped design his family's home in India, igniting his lifelong passion for the industry.
Matthew
ESTIMATING ASSISTANT
Matt is an an avid Manchester City fan with a passion for craft beer, having tried 2,091 varieties. He dreams of beach holidays, with two weeks in the Caribbean as his ideal escape. At home, Matthew enjoys life with his wife, three cats, and a dog, bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.
Harvey
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Harvey, combining overs a decade’s experience in both Project Management & Production during his time at Maxwood, knows what it takes to deliver our projects to the highest standards. Will always admit he obsesses on attention to detail and making sure nothing is missed that could hinder a project’s success.
He is often found in the office sharing a laugh with our great team or sharing an anecdote from a previous project. Outside of work he is generally thinking about getting back to work because no day is the same at Maxwood Washrooms Ltd in Operations!
David
DESIGN MANAGER
Dave is a upbeat, devoted professional with five years of experience in washroom design and project management. With a background in product design, CAD management, and engineering, Dave is committed to delivering high-quality projects and building strong customer relationships. Outside of work, Dave enjoys travelling and sports like football, golf, darts, and cricket. He's recently married and a proud father to six-year-old George. Whatever you do, don't serve Dave eggs - they make his stomach crawl!
Mark
PROJECT MANAGER
Meet Mark, an invaluable member of our team who thrives on helping others and ensuring projects are completed on time and in full. With his chatty and approachable demeanour, Mark effortlessly fosters a positive team environment. Standing tall in both stature and personality, Mark's commanding presence makes him an asset to any project as a Project Manager. He's not just tall in height; he's also tall in awesomeness, making him a fantastic addition to our team.
Sarah
ESTIMATOR
Meet Sarah, a former kickboxer and a twin with a passion for precision. With experience working in a youth prison, she's organized, articulate, and eagle-eyed. Starting as a Project Admin, she mastered processes and reading drawings before transitioning to Estimating, where her previous skills proved invaluable. While reserved at first, Sarah's playful side emerges once comfortable. As a fully-qualified mental health first-aider, she embodies the nurturing defender personality. She's also a cat mom of three!
John
CAD TECHNICIAN
John is a dedicated CAD Technician with a background in sheet metal and conveyor systems. Known for his organized, positive approach, he excels in design and problem-solving. A true Protagonist (ENFJ-A), John values making a difference and attends church every Sunday.
Ryan
CAD TECHNICIAN
Ryan is a CAD Technician who brings a chatty, upbeat energy to the team. Living with his partner and their playful dog, he enjoys films, good food, and keeping fit through the gym and six-a-side football. Starting his career as an electrical engineer apprentice, Ryan gained experience as a QA/Design Engineer in M.O.D. contracts. Known for his structured ‘tick box’ approach, he thrives in a positive work environment, always aiming to lift others’ spirits. You’ll often catch him humming or singing along as he works.
Osman
CAD TECHNICIAN
Osman has the character of a "Protagonist" with a love for football that runs deep - watching it, playing it, you name it! He’s a curious mind who asks questions endlessly, believing that learning from the best sometimes means being just annoying enough to get the answers. He reads memoirs of greats like Sir Alex Ferguson and Pep Guardiola, builds Lego for fun and has a soft spot for trainers. Loud when he’s happy, quiet when he’s not, Osman thrives in collaboration and believes great minds don’t just think alike - they create together.
Louisa
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
A dedicated and detail-oriented Document Controller, Louisa thrives on organization and structure. Known for her love of Excel spreadsheets, she finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Often compared to Miss Harbottle from James Herriot’s books, she takes procedures seriously.
Louisa’s favourite colour is green, a choice clearly reflected in her wardrobe. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her seven young niblings, as the fun and reliable aunt. A true Defender at heart, she prefers making things happen in the background rather than being centre stage. And her dream? To one day have a pet goat.
Stephen
OPERATIONS MANAGER
One of the first employees at Maxwood, Steve lives and breathes all things wood. Commonly known as the “Ginger Ninja”, he works incredibly hard every single day. He’s a pickled egg and whiskey fan and enjoys a good joke with his team – you’ll never find him without something to say!
Jane
PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK
Jane has hit four years in the company and has thirty years past experience in finance. She's a well-known face in the office and has her finger deep into the finance pie. Her spare time is well-spent with family and friends, and she enjoys the occasional trip to Italy with her Italian husband!
Colin
PURCHASING MANAGER
Nicknamed the Cool Cucumber, nothing much worries Colin. His work style is methodical and is one of those who gets stuff done without much of a fuss. He’s a country bumpkin and loves cognac, roast peanuts and a game of cricket in the good old outdoors!
Matthew
CAD TECHNICIAN
Matthew is a passionate, detail-driven professional with over five years’ experience in the washroom industry, covering design, draughting, sales, surveying, and quality assurance. He’s led projects for Pizza Hut, Aspire Defence and the Ministry of Defence, and played a key role in aligning a drawing office to British standards. Known for his strong work ethic, caring nature and upbeat personality, Matthew always gives 100% and thrives on a good challenge. Outside of work, he’s a family man who enjoys fishing across Europe, DIY projects (including building a log cabin and pizza oven), mountain biking, scuba diving, and spontaneous adventures in his camper van.
Craig
SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER
Craig, the seasoned leader of our team, exudes a remarkable blend of experience and passion for his role. Some say Maxwood blood runs through his veins, as he tirelessly strives to deliver the ultimate washroom experience. Renowned for his fearless approach to tackling seemingly impossible designs, Craig willingly shares his extensive expertise with others. Beyond work, Craig enjoys a glass of wine or whisky, accompanied by his love for all things sweet. Despite his indulgences, his trim physique attests to his commitment to a healthy lifestyle!
Jordan
PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
With a background in all things sanitaryware, Jordan values first impressions and loves meeting new people. He's never without a tidy inbox and responds quickly, always keeping the customer in focus. A red wine fan and foodie, he loves cooking, BBQs and exploring world cuisines - particularly seafood. When not in the kitchen, he’s at the gym or out running.
Passionate about fashion and fragrances, he thrives in sunshine, beaches and summer - but rain is definitely not his thing!
