CARBON NEUTRAL RANGE
Through our carbon offsetting, we produce the
first commercial washroom carbon neutral range:
OUR CARBON OFFSETTING PROJECTS
To produce our carbon neutral washroom range, we offset carbon through the following Climate Partner certified projects:
The wind project generates approximately 12,530 megawatt hours of electricity per year and saves approximately 11,560 tons of CO2.
With this and the creation of local jobs, the project contributes to sustainable development in India.
This initiative protects 72,843 hectares of tropical forests, safeguarding its biodiversity.
It provides education, healthcare, sanitation, food security, nutrition, and further social benefits for 16,000 indigenous people.
8 million tons of plastic waste ends up in the sea every year. Developing countries often lack infrastructure for proper waste disposal.

Several initiatives prevent plastic waste from entering the sea and contribute to improving the livelihoods of the local people - thus indirectly protecting the climate.
UNITED NATIONS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Our Carbon Offset Projects work towards the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
WHAT DOES CARBON NEUTRAL MEAN?
Carbon neutrality means that the carbon footprint of a company, product, service or event has been calculated on the basis of internationally recognised standards and fully offset by supporting certified carbon offset projects.

Offsetting CO2 emissions is an important step in effective climate action, alongside avoidance and reduction.

Carbon neutrality for products includes the production, processing, and logistics of raw materials, precursors, and packaging, transport to retail, emissions from sources not directly attributable to products (e.g. employee commuting), and treatment at the end of the product life cycle.
