16 Old Bailey

16 Old Bailey is situated next to City Thames Link station. The building is formed of two interconnecting elements, Grade II listed front section and larger western extension. Both elements will be significantly upgraded with a new central lift and stair core, services, and WCs. It was designed to the exacting standards of a high quality, Central London office building with over 110,000 square foot, ten floors of Grade A office space.
