CLIENT: Nomura Real Estate Development Co
ARCHITECT: Barr Gazetas
MAIN CONTRACTOR: Galliford Try
Originally a 1970s commercial block, the building at 127–133 Charing Cross Road has been thoughtfully transformed to a design that better reflects the character of Soho. Inspired by the area’s historic architecture, the redevelopment introduces a renewed elegance while remaining connected to the site’s long standing cultural and professional identity.
The washrooms at 127–133 Charing Cross Road echo this refined, contemporary design language. With soft, modern finishes, they offer a calm, polished atmosphere that contrasts with the energy of the surrounding West End. Subtle tones drawn from the building’s interior palette – natural stone shades and gentle green accents – lend the washrooms a sophisticated, boutique style feel, delivering a high end experience for both tenants and visitors.
