14 St George Street is a prestigious Grade II listed office building in the heart of Mayfair, originally dating back to 1720. The property forms part of the historic Hanoverian townhouse estate and has recently undergone a high quality refurbishment to revitalise its front of house areas, communal zones, and reception. The redesign brought greater light into the formerly dark entrance spaces and introduced a minimalist, elegant interior featuring marble finishes, refined lighting, and upgraded lift lobbies—creating an environment fitting for a world class Mayfair office address.

The building now blends historic architectural character with modern commercial sophistication, offering high specification workspace in one of London’s most sought after locations.
