Movana Cubicles meet and exceed this obligation by fully complying with not only Approved Document-M but also the newer, and more rigorous regulations of Approved Document-T. This includes:

Outwards open doors in an emergency. Allowing responders to gain quick access without delay.
A locking mechanism that is operable by a closed first and to people with a variety of dexterity and strength combinations.
If a victim has collapsed against the door, the door can be opened outwards without harming or disrupting the individual within.
Eliminating the need for heavy lifting or the breaking of doors to gain entry.

Why Outward Opening Doors Matter in Emergencies

Traditional release locks allow for inward openings in an emergency. This creates a dangerous bottleneck in rescue efforts, especially if the person within is immobile and is blocking the door.

Other cubicle solutions may rely on attempts to bypass regulations by requiring lift-off doors, but with this comes the danger of delays and injury to both the responder and the individual in need.
