95 Queen Victoria St

The retrofit design for 95 Queen Victoria Street, now known as the Selso building, marks a significant reimagining of the original structure by Sheppard Robson. Situated in close proximity to iconic landmarks such as St Paul's Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge, the building's transformation was driven by the vision to enhance its functionality, aesthetics, and overall appeal.

Commissioned by client J. Safra Sarasin, the retrofit design encompasses approximately 90,000 square feet of office space spread across six floors. In addition to refurbishing the prime workplace accommodation, the project also includes the revitalization of the ground floor entrance, basement areas, and the addition of a new rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape.
