SITE DURATION:  18 months

Maple House, located on Tottenham Court Road, London W1, is a newly refurbished commercial building that offers a fresh and modern approach to its facilities. With a prime location and extensive renovations, Maple House has been transformed into a remarkable space for businesses.

WASHROOM FEATURES:

Striking Red Marble Effect Stone

  • Maple House boasts a striking red marble effect stone that adds a touch of elegance to its interior. The choice of red stone used on vanities and Maxwalls is Diespeker Rosso Levanto MA122 (Polished), adding a touch of luxury to the washrooms.

Marante cubicles

  • Marante H Cubicles offer adaptable and chic washroom styling.

  • The flush surface appearance is achieved through a unique pilaster design, which aligns the pilasters with the doors, providing a modern and sleek look.

  • Complete privacy is offered by this full-height system.

Maxwall WC duct panels

  • Maxwall Ducting is supplied to the site, ready for installation, featuring factory-hung panels and pre-laminated shadows.

  • This approach ensures rapid installation, perfect panel alignment, and eliminates the need for on-site laminating.

Xeista Caustora Vanity Units

  • Xeista Caustora Vanities embody the classic lines of traditional vanity countertops with inset basins.

  • They provide a perfect blend of style and practicality.

  • A variety of under-panel configurations and material finishes make these vanity units versatile and ideal for creating a statement vanity design.

Wall Mirrors

  • Wall mirrors are strategically placed above vanities and on Maxwalls, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the washrooms.

Maple House's transformation is nothing short of remarkable. With its prime location on Tottenham Court Road and extensive refurbishments, it now offers businesses a modern and stylish workspace. The striking red marble effect stone, Maxwalls, Marante H Cubicles, Xeista Caustora Vanities, and the use of red marble effect stone create a washroom experience that is both visually appealing and highly functional. The addition of well-placed wall mirrors further enhances the overall appeal of this commercial building, making it a standout choice for businesses in London's prime district.

Key Successes:

Outstanding bespoke rough textured oak veneers complementing black powder coated metalworks and with heavy finish glass tops creating a bespoke mix of traditional and modern looks, perfect for this edgy location in London.

Exposed services and the structural loading for the vanity walls coupled with bespoke metal mirror boxes above requiring service access behind created challenging times and the design of bespoke steel support structures. The final solutions blended with the beauty of finishes produced a project I am particularly enamoured with.
