Plantation Place is one of the largest developments in the heart of the city comprising almost an entire block. The development comprises two buildings: the first, known as Plantation Place is 15 storeys high with three basement levels. The second building, Plantation Place South, is 10 storeys high.

Externally the building is formed of glass cubed forms with the interior having a striking reception area with a full height central atrium. Maxwood Washrooms concept was to create a sleek minimalistic look and feel with neutral tones and concrete effect vanities.
