Oxford Academy is a recently opened school for 11–18-year-olds, housed in a state-of-the-art £33m building, that specialises in sport.

We were tasked with fitting out over 15 separate washrooms and changing areas.

The students’ washrooms, which were mixed, needed cubicles that would provide full privacy. We proposed full-height Motiv cubicles, with just 20mm void at the bottom and a 30mm gap at the top and a Perspex panel for light. Staff toilets featured standard-height cubicles.
